SUB-HOST MACHINE NETWORK TEACHING SYSTEM

INSTRUCTION
The sub-host machine network teaching system is consisted of a teacher platform (host) and up to 50 student
terminals (sub-machine). The host and sub machine forms network through network data line.
FUNCTION AND FEATURES:

VW PASSAT 1.8T ELECTRONIC CONTROL PETROL ENGINE BENCH

FUNCTION AND FEATURES:
O Dynamic operation: On the basis of genuine Volkswagen Passat 1.8T engine assembly, with the relevant auxiliary control system, sensors, actuators, the system is functioning correctly.
O Display: The system can real-time display the stable/dynamic signals/parameters by genuine combination instrument, digital gauge and finger gauge (LCD is optional).
O Detection: The detection and analysis of signal of various sensor, actuators and electronic control units can be done via external terminals of ECU.
O Signal simulating: The system can simulate the mainly sensors signal of engine electronic control system and detect the status change of engine operating caused by the changes of input signals of sensors.
O Self-diagnosis: The system equipments with a computer data detection port which a special or general diagnostic tool connects with to do the operation of engine control ECU code querying, fault code reading, fault code erasing, dynamic data stream reading, wave analysis, actuator testing and system login and so on.
O Fault setting: By the fault setting switches on the print wiring board, you can set open circuit, weak connecting and other faults of engine control system easily. Option
Sub-master machine network teaching system: There is a reserved net communication port on the control cabinet of each training stand. If you select this practical training workbench aided teaching system option, a system with a master machine connected with up to 50 student test terminal (sub-machine) can by realized easily. In this system, every student’s terminal has the same diagram and test point of the control cabinet. The student’s terminal can reach the same teaching effect of the training stand. O PC control system: The PC control system is an option. Connect the PC control system with engine training stand, you can realize the engine running control, fault setting and fault diagnosis by a mouse.
The PC control system can realize fault diagnosis, fault code reading and deleting, data stream reading, immobilizer matching, basic idle setting, decoder function etc..
